Well, HP, your time is out! Today is the "D" day. I just wrote a fax with information regarding my device and a request that they get me a new device or return my money since those 45 days are gone. For each delayed day I request to be payed 60€ what is in my opinion a minimum price to compensate the fact that I am still without a device like a PDA which I use for business as well as for personal use.

We will see what happens...
