Never again a HP! It's been 30 days since I brought my iPAQ to service and I still haven't got a new/repaired unit. If this is normal I do not know what isn't - you buy a device like a PDA because you want to have data with you all the time and then you are left without it for 30 days & more because they are not capable to repair/replace it within one month?
