I am still waiting for my replacement iPAQ H5550 to arrive. I brought it to service on 22nd of November and I have not yet got the replacement unit. I guess if I'd live in US I would already have the replacement unit, but here something like this is actually normal. So when I see a next upgrade online I will think twice before installing it ;) - if this isn't crazy I don't know what is - that person who decided to remove the "parrot mode" from iPAQ was not thinking straight.

My iPAQ has been on service for 30 days and I am still waiting. I never thought a company like HP can afford someting like this.
