Germany - July 2001

Our fourth holiday together (for me and my girlfriend Maja) ended before it even started. We spent 12 days in an InnSide hotel in Ratingen - Germany where Majas uncle Boris Rozmarin lives. Weather wasn't exactly great, but I prefer some rain over unbearable heat.

This was my first holiday with a digital camera and now I realize I didn't take as many photos as I could have. What's the reason for it? I don't even know it myself... it has to do with me being used to a film camera... and the fact that Duesseldorf isn't exactly filled with turist attractions... and I'm not fond of taking indoor photos, since I don't have an additional flash... excuses... excuses... I know... I'll do it better next time . All together I took 220 photos. You can see only a few of those in an online gallery - just to get a glimpse of what we were doing.
